Tapping the button below opens your mail app with the address filled in. Or copy the address into any email service — every message lands in the same inbox. There is no form, no account and no newsletter.
We read every message. There is no automated ticketing system and no guaranteed response time — scoring corrections are handled before anything else.
Reporting a scoring error
If you believe a score is wrong, the report is only actionable if it can be reproduced. Include all five of these:
- Branch and test — Army AFT, Navy PRT, Marine PFT, Air Force PT or Coast Guard PFT.
- Age and sex — and, for the Army, whether you were on the General standard or the Combat MOS standard.
- The event — and the alternate, if you used one (a 2000 m row scores on a different table from a 1.5-mile run).
- The exact value you entered — pounds, repetitions, or mm:ss for a timed event.
- Both numbers — the points the calculator returned and the points you expected, with where your expected figure comes from.
Before you write
Two things account for most reports that turn out not to be errors.
The scoring standard
Under the Army AFT, Combat MOS soldiers are scored on the sex-neutral column. A female soldier in a combat arms MOS is measured against the same performance thresholds as a male soldier in the same age band, so her score under Combat MOS will not match her score under the General standard. That is the regulation, not a bug.
The upper-body event on the Marine PFT
Pull-ups and push-ups are two different scales, not one scale with two names. Pull-ups score up to 100 points; push-ups are capped at 70. The same repetition count returns two different point values depending on which event you select, which is why the calculator asks you to pick one.
If neither of those explains it, please do write — a real table error matters more than a wasted email.
Other things to send
- A standard that changed. If a service publishes an updated instruction, send the document name and the effective date. Dates matter more than summaries here.
- A broken calculator. Include your browser, whether JavaScript is enabled, and what you saw instead of a result.
- A broken link or a wrong fact in the prose. Paste the sentence.
- Accessibility problems. Keyboard traps, contrast, screen-reader output — these are treated as defects too, not as suggestions.
Looking for the standards themselves rather than a correction? The guide index lists every chart on the site, and the calculator will score a card in about two minutes.

Reproducing the problem is easier with the card in front of you. Re-run the score and note exactly what the tool returned.
