MilitaryFitnessCalc.com is a client-side calculator. Score calculations happen entirely in your browser — we do not collect, store, or transmit the fitness scores you enter into the calculator.

We may collect the following through third-party services:

• Usage data — Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and general location (city/region, not precise) via Google Analytics 4.
• Session & interaction data — Microsoft Clarity captures how visitors interact with the site (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, and anonymized session recordings) so we can improve usability. Clarity does not capture the numbers you type into calculators.
• Ad interaction data — Google AdSense may collect data to serve relevant advertisements. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
• Contact form data — If you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are processed by our form provider to deliver your message to us.

Session recordings are anonymized and we do not capture the values you enter into any calculator. Data is captured and processed by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and its use is governed by the Microsoft Clarity terms of use.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, referral sources, and approximate (non-precise) geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data, which is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not send the values you enter into any calculator to Google Analytics. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary for form submissions. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form.

Children’s Privacy

MilitaryFitnessCalc.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
